Fr. Keith Hartsell
Rector
Father Keith Hartsell serves as the Rector of Grace Anglican Church in Oceanside, CA. He also serves as the Greenhouse Movement’s Executive Pastor, a movement of church planters and lay missioners. Prior to his involvement with Greenhouse, he served at Church of the Resurrection in Wheaton, IL for 15 years under Bishop Stewart Ruch, III. Fr. Keith also leads the Equipped to Heal conferences through Greenhouse Movement in an effort to equip leaders in the church to provide pastoral care and minister through healing prayer. Keith has been married to his wife, Dawn since 2001 and they have six children: Alyana (20), Xander (17), Justin (15), and Stephen (13), Michael (10), and Chaz (4).

Fr. Colton Hinson
Priest
Colton is a Postulant seeking ordination to the priesthood. Prior to moving to Oceanside, Colton served at Church of the Advent in Washington DC. Before that, Colton and his family lived in Yokosuka, Japan and partnered with several local ministries. Together Colton, his wife Mary Bennett, and son Bennett hope to return one day to share the love of Christ in Japan, and generally see as much of the world as possible along the way!

Dawn Hartsell
Children's Minister
Dawn serves as the children’s ministry coordinator and volunteers with the worship team. Dawn is married to Keith and they have 6 children: Alyana (20), Xander (17), Justin (15), Stephen (13), Michael (10) and Chaz (4). She is a registered nurse who is currently working as a homeschool mom.

Lori Carpenter
Administrative Assistant
Lori plays a vital role in the operational, logistical, and liturgical support of our church, offering steady behind-the-scenes leadership that helps our ministries flourish. She contributes in many areas, including coordinating events, preparing our weekly worship guide, and supporting the daily rhythms of parish life. Lori began her administrative work in Northern California, later served in Chicago, and now brings her experience, warmth, and wholehearted care to our congregation here.

Justin Hartsell
Worship Coordinator
Justin Hartsell serves as the worship coordinator for Grace. He is a gifted singer and musician who loves finding the right song for the moment in each service. His heart for the Lord shines through in all he does, we are truly blessed to have him on staff. Justin is also an avid birder and photographer (mostly of birds) who loves a good adventure where he might get to see a new bird on his list.
Trish Stewart
Pastoral Care Coordinator
Trish Stewart serves as the Senior Warden and Pastoral Care Coordinator at Grace Anglican. She is an active Prayer Minister, coordinating the prayer requests for both Grace Anglican and the San Diego Deanery.She also serves on the Diocesan Transition Team (DTT) charged with seeking the new Bishop for our Diocese of Western Anglicans. She previously served as the Clergy Formation Team lead for San Diego Deanery, served on the Deanery Governance Team and the Executive Committee for DWA. She is married to Randy Stewart and together they share a blended family of two daughters and a son with eight grandchildren!

Yvonne Dultz
Sacristan & Volunteer Coordinator
Yvonne is in charge of the Altar Guild at Grace Anglican and works with our volunteers and staff in various ministries. She is retired from the high-rise office Property Management field and has been married to her husband, Tom for 40+years.
