A Kingdom life is one that strives to live as a follower of Jesus Christ in a manner he would want for us. As his followers, we are all "called out" of worldly ways, yet we are still in the world and surrounded by an abundance of temptation and evil. So, how do we live in the time and place we live and still maintain our focus on following Jesus and learning to live as he wants us to. That's where our fellowship together can help.
At Grace Church we like to offer a variety of opportunities throughout the year for fellowship, learning, and reflection. These include Second Sunday fellowships for the whole church, Bible studies at various times and locations, lay ministry training, Newcomer activities, publications and other types of resources, periodic retreats, and special worship events and gatherings. There are many prayer opportunities like weekly Listening Prayer, monthly Soaking prayer, and prayer at every Sunday service. In addition, our ministry partner, the Christian Healing Center in Vista offers two-day intensive prayer and ministry.
Transformation into Christlikeness is the goal we all seek as followers of Jesus. We are called to be like him and do what he did. We at Grace try to fulfill the Great Commission by equipping and sending through joyful connectedness with all who come and stay in fellowship with us.
